ACRYLIC PAINTING DAY
with William de Wilde (Chelsea Physic Garden Florilegium Society)

Join us in the spectacular gardens at Gravetye for a day guided by artist William de Wilde. Acrylic is a much misunderstood medium. Rather than seeing its quick-drying properties as a problem, the fact that it allows rapid over-painting in response to changing weather and light conditions is a positive bonus in our climate. More recent re-workable acrylics will also be looked at and evaluated. Participants need to bring their own painting equipment to this special event - a materials list will be provided as a guide. All abilities welcome.
